Kathryn’s passion for massage has seen her continue to study and learn various techniques that assist with a range of musculoskeletal issues and help clients with specific needs.
Kathryn takes a whole body approach and using her experience she has learnt that muscles cannot release until the body is in a state of deep rest. Therefore, she may include techniques such as breathing, passive movement and stretching.
She also has training in Craniofascial therapy which is a gentile modality that works to release the pelvic, the spine and the cranial to return the body into a state of ease. Kathryn has a special affinity with pregnancy massage. Her approach offers harmony and balance to mums and mums to be.

I had always wanted to reach out and assist others, and uplift them. Born in Bangkok, Thailand, massages came naturally as part of a cultural background since my childhood days, starting with my mother. And ofcourse my very first massage study was Traditional Thai Massage from a very wise teacher in a village south of Thailand.
Later, after completing Remedial Massage Therapy, my passion in caring for others health and wellbeing grew over the nine years of my massage career. I continued to pursued different modalities such as lymphatic drainage, reflexology, myofascial cupping. I also discovered therapeutic essential oils play an equally important role in emotional senses and upliftment. Hence Raindrop Treatment is another modality that I love. Yet my favourite is Access Bars. This technique is liken to a brain detox. Which I feel, is a perfect combination to relax the mental and physical state. Hence, my very own signature technique known as Energy Balance Massage.
I believe in healthy mind, body and spirit. When I am not working I enjoyed Yoga, Flamenco dancing, meditation, walking, readings, and ongoing student of Taichi and life!

Andrew Studied, Kinesiology at The Academy of Systematic Kinesiology in London from 2011 to 2015 to Diploma Level. I also completed Anatomy and Physiology and Nutrition qualifications as part of my studies.
I had first experienced Kinesiology in Australia in 2002. I was going through a lot of life changes and remember thinking 'that's amazing, I’d love to do that but I probably never will’. After lots of journeys in all senses of that word, including a move to new country and then even more life changes, I qualified as a kinesiologist in 2015. I have now recently returned to Australia.
I am passionate about Kinesiology because I have seen the positive changes to health and well-being it has made in both my own life and that of my clients. I am particularly drawn to the emotional aspects of kinesiology work but am also fascinated that as the body directs the treatment, the practitioner is shown the priority area needing balancing.
Kinesiology looks at the whole person rather than just the symptoms. Quite often the root of the problem is not where the pain, discomfort or symptoms lie. Neck and back pain, food sensitivity testing, irritable bowel, headaches and migraines, joint pain, tired all the time, fears and phobias, emotional Issues and so on - Kinesiology looks at many problem areas.
